By accessing this website and hiring our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li>Definitions<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Client: The person or entity hiring catering services and\/or making purchases through our website.<br>Company: Arrozconleche, the provider of catering services and products available on the website.<br>Services: All catering services and products offered through our website.<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li>Catering Services<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Booking and Payment: All catering services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Payments must be made according to the terms agreed upon in the contract.<br>Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.<br>Liability: The company is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the event, except in cases of gross negligence by the company.<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\"><li>E-commerce<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders and Payments: All orders placed through our website must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
